Safety at CoDi
Safety isn’t a feature. It’s the whole point.
Tennis coaching for children, built so a parent can relax. Here's exactly how we keep your child safe — and how you can check it yourself.
Every coach is WWCC-verified by a human
A coach can't take bookings until our team has sighted and verified their Working With Children Check. It's checked by a person — not self-declared by ticking a box — and a coach whose check lapses or is withdrawn is automatically blocked from new bookings, with their upcoming sessions cancelled and refunded.
Anyone can verify a coach's credentials
Each verified coach has a public certificate you can check yourself — no account needed. Scan their code or open their verify link to confirm their status is current, straight from the source.
A clear way to raise a concern
If something doesn't feel right, you can report it. Reports reach our team through a dedicated child-safety channel with a defined response process — concerns about conduct are escalated, not buried.
Child-safe by design
Children's personal details are never shown publicly. Messages between parents and coaches are relayed through CoDi (contact numbers stay masked until you choose to share them), chat is moderated for inappropriate content, and you can flag a chat message or contact our Child Safety Officer to block unwanted contact — reports are acted on within 24 hours.
Payments you can trust
Every payment runs through Stripe, a global payments provider. CoDi never stores your card details, and if a session is cancelled the refund follows the published policy automatically.
Check it yourself
Don’t take our word for it
Every verified coach carries a public credential link. Ask your coach for theirs, or scan the code on their profile, to confirm their verification is current — no account required.
