Continental grip. Slice approach then disguised drop shot from identical preparation.

How to run it

  1. Set upFull court. Mix slice + drop-shot from same setup; opponent reads the shot. Yellow ball. 10-min set.
  2. PositioningPlayer approaching from midcourt; same prep for both shots.
  3. FootworkLow knee bend on both; controlled finish to disguise the touch on drop shot.
  4. ProgressionBeginner: separate slice / drop-shot reps. Intermediate: coach calls last second. Advanced: player picks based on opponent's position.
