Feed wide to backhand. Player runs around and hits inside-out to opponent's backhand.

How to run it

  1. Set upFull court. Coach feeds to backhand corner; player hits inside-out forehand. Yellow ball. 10-min set.
  2. PositioningPlayer loads on back foot in the backhand corner; open stance for the inside-out.
  3. FootworkCross-step to load on the back leg; rotate hips through contact; recovery to centre.
  4. ProgressionBeginner: stationary feed. Intermediate: live feed varying depth. Advanced: live rally with crosscourt vs inside-out choice.
